It started off as a yearly event to celebrate Labor Day and to satisfy my craving for Texas style BBQ. After ten years of tweaking recipes and countless questions about when .... Gabi's Smoke Shack became a reality in the summer of 2011.

At Gabi's Smoke Shack we strive to give you a little bit of Texas in every bite of our low-n-slow cooked BBQ. We have a 25 ft mobile kitchen with an Ole Hickory Pit, we can cook on site and accommodate parties from 10 to 200 with all of the bells and whistles you would expect of a down home Texas BBQ.
